City face another tough task
6:10am Thursday 11th February 2010

Winchester City have had a tough week, suffering back to back Wessex Premier Division defeats.
And things won’t get any easier on Saturday when ninth-placed City travel to title-chasing Bournemouth Poppies.
City’s week begun with a 4-1 defeat at fellow top-eight hopefuls Christchurch.
Little went their way as they ended the game with ten men and contributed to their own downfall by gifting the Priory three of their goals.
Goalkeeper Ryan Gosney was dismissed in only his second appearance for the club.
Things got worse for Winchester on Tuesday night when they slumped to a disappointing 2-1 home defeat against Brading Town in front of a crowd of just 74.
